Reflect with Purpose. Teach with Intent.
The Educator Reflection Journal helps post-secondary educators transform everyday teaching experiences into greater confidence, meaningful professional growth, and a lasting record of their teaching journey.
Capture Your Teaching Story
Great teaching doesn't grow through experience alone—it grows through intentional reflection.
The Educator Reflection Journal is a guided 14-week companion that helps post-secondary educators transform everyday teaching experiences into meaningful professional growth, greater confidence, and clear evidence of their impact.
Through weekly and monthly reflection prompts across five key areas, you'll identify what's working, recognize patterns, strengthen your teaching practice, and build your teaching philosophy—one reflection at a time.

Salli Carter
I’ve spent more than a decade working in higher education, and throughout that time, reflection has become one of the most valuable parts of my own teaching practice.
Some of my greatest learning as an educator has come from simply taking the time to notice what worked, what didn’t, how students responded, and what I wanted to do differently next time.
That experience inspired the Reflection Journal for Educators.
I created this journal to make reflection practical and intentional—not something we mean to do when we have more time. The prompts are designed to help you capture meaningful moments from your teaching, recognize patterns, celebrate growth, and turn everyday experiences into better decisions for your practice.
Because experience gives us something to reflect on. Reflection is what helps us grow from it.
